Studio Fees
These are the fees that cover the cost of your weekly class lessons only. There will be additional events offered throughout the year that are optional, at an additional expense. These include such events as workshops, exams, competitions, costumes, picture day etc.
Payment Terms
Our full term consists of 38 weeks of dance. The studio is open for classes from September until June. Our expenses are fixed and the students are charged for the full term regardless of individual absences.
Please note that the dance studio will be closed during the Christmas and Spring breaks and this is not included in the figure of the 38 weeks.
Payment Guidelines
The following guidelines are very important and should be noted at the time of registration.
- The price indicated on the price list for each grade, is the cost per set of four (4) lessons.
- If you have more than one (1) child or more than one set of lessons, please combine the payments on one cheque rather than write separate ones. If needed, inquire at the office for your monthly fees (ie. Multiple Class Discounts, Family Discount, etc.)
- REGISTRATION FEE (non-refundable) & SIX (6) POST-DATED CHEQUES are required with your registration form (Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb)
- February's payment is a total of all fees from Feb 1st through to niddle June.
- Cheques must be dated for the FIRST (1st) of each month
- Reminder that January and February cheques need to be dated for 2011
- The cheques should be marked clearly on the front with your child's name.
(If your name is not the same as the child for whom the cheques are written, please indicate this on the cheque so the studio is aware of this). - $25.00 Fee is applied on ALL N.S.F. cheques
- THERE WILL BE A $20.00 FEE APPLIED TO EACH MONTH THAT AN ACCOUNT IS OVERDUE (see registration form).
- WITHDRAWAL POLICY: AS PER YOUR REGISTRATION FORM, YOU'RE SIGNATURE INDICATES THAT YOU HAVE AGREED TO GIVE THE DANCE STUDIO WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FROM ANY CLASS 1 WEEK PRIOR TO THE END OF THE MONTH. IF YOUR CHILD WITHDRAWS FROM THE STUDIO ON, OR AFTER, THE FIRST OF THE MONTH, WE CANNOT RETURN OR REFUND THAT MONTH'S TUITION.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN AFTER January 31st.

$20.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE). All students are required to pay a registration fee. This fee an additional charge.

Tap & Jazz (ages 4 yrs & up)

- 45 Minute class (Teen Level), $50.00
- 1 Hour class, $65.00

Discounts
Any combination of subjects taken by one student or a family,
will receive the following discounts:
- 2 Subjects, 5% off your total
- 3 or more Subjects, 10% off your total
**Taking 2 classes in the same subject, counts as only 1 subject**
Unlimited Classes (cheques are written September to June)
- $250.00/month per student
- $500.00/month (families with 3 or more students)
All of the studio’s overhead costs are fixed (individual absences make no reduction in it’s expenses). Therefore we do consider all pupils enrolled for the full term of operation–September through to June.
