Stretch and ConditioningLyrical Jazz

This class concentrates on stretching and strengthening principles for dancers who would like to increase their range of motion and increase their cardiovascular fitness. The class focuses on cardiovascular exercises to warm up the muscles: then works on specific stretches to increase flexibility for movements required in dance and incorporates strength training movements to develop a stronger, less injury prone dancer.

Any dancer 8 yrs old and up may participate in this class. This class is strictly to develop better strength and skills for the students to better themselves in whichever aspect of dance that they may be involved in. It is not involved in any Competitions nor the Year-End Recital.

*weeks only $100. Register at studio during office hours by Sept 27th. Must have a minimum of 6 to run.

Boundless Dance Studio is so pleased with our summer activities that took us to Kelowna, BC for the Grand Championships. All dancers exceeded our expectations and so many trophies, awards and awesome memories were brought home with us!
